Mohamed Co-Founded Lorax in 2015.

​Mohamed was involved in EAEF’s majority stake acquisition of Contact, and NIS. He was also involved in LCP Fund II’s stake in Dsquares, Lucky and MNT-Halan.

​He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Contact and DSQ Group. Prior to working for Lorax Capital Partners, Mohamed was a Senior Associate at Gaston Capital where he worked on various transactions across several industries including, banking, industrial manufacturing, retail, F&B, and infrastructure, among others.

Mohamed graduated summa cum laude from the American University in Cairo (AUC) with a BBA in Finance. During his time at AUC, he spent a year abroad at University of California, Berkeley where he completed his finance coursework.
